We connect and automate the systems small NZ firms already run, keep their IT healthy, and build what's missing - one small, fixed-price step at a time. We don't resell software, so the advice only ever has one master: what's right for you.
Will spent over a decade as a solution architect on some of New Zealand's biggest technology programmes - national systems in health, education and government, including ones you've probably used. That world runs on transformations: eighteen months, steering committees, invoices that ruin the year. iterate exists because small firms deserve the same thinking without any of that machinery. Will founded iterate after years as a solutions architect across enterprise and public-sector organisations. He's seen how organisations of every size really run, and built iterate to bring that thinking, sized to fit, to the small firms that can't justify (and don't need) an enterprise price tag.
